Minister
As a Youth Pastor with over 19 years of youth ministry experience, Rev. Monell draws on a vast
wealth of relationship experience in connection with youth and adolescents. He also has a wealth
of experience in the areas of couples, family, and premarital work.

Substance Abuse
He is a Chemical Dependency Therapist working in the Teen Outpatient Program in the Thelma
McMillen Center of the Torrance Memorial Medical Center.

EMDR
He has been trained and certified in the use of EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and
